This extremely artificial mewtwo can take in others through his tail, and scan them and their DNA as they sleep inside. Once the scans finish Myrror takes on their beneficial traits and ejects them. He loses the scan of the last person when he scans a new person. It feels nice to be scanned, so there is *some* incentives to getting chosen by him for a power up
