
I’ve been using art more often to directly project what I’m feeling onto, always had occasionally but find now it’s more therapeutic and better than other things I was doing. Most of my personal art as of recently has been directly related to me trying to not have another panic attack or something like it it does help keep it back once I’m able to make myself sit still and focus somewhat.. started this one afew days ago but am feeling better (or abit less dire at least) now my withdrawals are over I think, or mostly are lol.. wanted to finish off anyway because I don’t like leaving linearts unfinished
