Well, there you have it. Penelope's new reference sheet is done! I'm in love with this new art style, especially with the new brushes I wanted to try out like what I did earlier. So, I did just that by redrawing Penelope entirely. She still has the same outfit she normally wears, but I changed her shoes a little in design.
