When purchased you CAN:

♤ You're free to change it's name, species, gender etc. after purchase - it belongs to you!
♤ Use it for 'breedables' / etc. Again, it's your character!
♤ Pretty much do whatever you want with it!


♤ The only thing I ask is you don't purchase / buy / trade for an adopt I made just to resell it for a higher price {scalping}.
This doesn't mean never giving it away, trading or selling it if you no longer use it {provided it comes with additional art that increases the value of it.} and someone else can.
I just don't want people to be buying things for a low price to try and sell it for more. Again, that's called scalping, and is typically frowned upon. . .

♤ You do not need to credit me as the designer / creator when you use it, so long as you don't take credit for designing it.
This also goes for crediting me in every image you do of it. Trust me - I'll see it. If you WANT to link me to some art, you are more than welcome!
But you do not need to link to me at all {unless you're reuploading it, which you shouldn't have to anyway.}

I also have a Deviantart, FurAfinity, Twitter, and many other socials! I'll be glad to post your character / art there as well, if you'd like! {So you don't have to link the TH al lthe time, you cna use that image as a ref.!}


General TOS:

~ All sales are final- I do NOT take returns.

~ Please pay within 7 days max. After those 7 days, I'll relist the adopts as OPEN.
Specifically with USD / Deviant Art Points. PLEASE make sure you have the payment, or can get it within that time frame.
{If you have a legit reason to need an extension, let me know and we'll work something out}

~ For art trades, please give me a general timeframe when you expect it to be done!
I'm not trying to rush you - I just don't want to be waiting for months without any idea when I can expect the image!
I will mark the deadline no longer than a few months. Make sure you have the time to work on any art you offer before offering!

* While I'm generally ok with NSFW art/characters, PLEASE ask before you do art of my characters in any NSFW / gore / fettish situations!
