"Macro Pill" is the story about the scientist who made a pill that can grow his Pokemon into unlimited size! Which the user of the pill is his Simisage and later Simisear and then the last one so far is Gengar. This is just a random pic that take place in that universe, due to how hard it been for the scientist, named Akito, he have been stressed too much from the work and need his giant Pokemon to take care of him with their giant size! Like this here, he's drunk after drinking too much after work and he now needed a big comfy bed to rest and his giant Simisage is the perfect bed for him!
