Lars is a Offspring of Marcella who both live in the city. After he grew up with his mother, he took the same job as Marcella does as a patrol owl searching for escaped animals from the shelter.
He is kind, alert, smart, fast learning, lazy sometimes and funny. Lars is fond of Jake and loves his mother as much as Jake loves his father Luke, his equipment consists of a collar and a torso plate.

Note: Lars is wary of hostile animals since the nest defense.
