An infamous Episode called Lesson Zero has Haunted Twilight Sparkle as a Character. When say Twilight Sparkle Goes a Problem you would think she is Nuts but got new information proof it's not the case.

People made up insane theories, etc about Twilight Sparkle. Nobody can make up their mind over Lesson Zero. I hear Crazy Twilight Sparkle, Insane Twilight Sparkle, etc.

The Lesson I learned: If Lesson Zero never existed or was planned out differently or they explain stuff. Nobody would think Twilight Sparkle is Crazy. But that is the same about Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy.
