Not a Pokémon I see a lot of in hypno stuff, let alone Kaa/hypno snake territory. Perhaps this will help change that.

If possible, mention/credit me in the name of the submission, if you upload this here. Some don’t bother reading descriptions and thus will miss the credit, thus having it in the name removes that possibility and prevents the silly question of who made the lineart. Again, not necessary, but encouraged.
