My understanding is that they were unable to secure an extension on the industrial space they were leasing; they were located in what was effectively a warehouse that also hosted a few other studios. Their words only describe it as a "deal falling through", so it could be as simple as being unable to keep up with rent to something perhaps more specific and circumstantial.
