What’s it about?

Haven't played it. It's a strategy game

From what I've seen, the leader a 19-century country is assassinated, and 4 factions fight for control: the anarchist commonfolk, who want a democratic selection of resources; the free-market capitalists, who have a boot-strapping "eat or be eaten" philosophy; the Authoritarians, who want peace through any means necessary; and the Civilized, who want to maintain the status quo.
Ultimately with a theme of who gets the meat, and who is the meat.
