I'm always frightened whne seeing that people actually drew these lines and they're not computer made!

The basic ideas of pictorial perspective are incredibly simple and easy to learn -- much easier to learn than line-control or colour theory or figure drawing. If you have acccess to a good library, you should be able to find any number of books on the topic. But as a tool, pictorial perspective should take second place to observation of real perspective in the real world; and for that, you need patience, a sketchpad, and a lot of time spent in careful observation.
