Dredis seems to have caught himself a party of hunters, who was obviously unprepared for what he was capable of. What we see here is just the end result of the conflict. The xenojiiva simply speaks to himself about how dumb the hunters were for trying to take him on... although with a low rolling gurgle, he does end up complimenting them about how tasty they were! Of course, like with all of his preys, he'll end up keeping them for a long while. This time around though, he'd thinking of keeping the weight a bit longer than he usually does.
