wow what's this? i have other characters besides petey? well yeah but honestly it's because i'm lazy uploading things and i can't be bothered to do it consistently whenever i get stuff
anyways, new character that i've had for a while but never uploaded! dr. quincy pepper! they/them pronouns by the way
- they're not actually a doctor! sure, they might provide medical services but they don't have a degree. let's be real, do they really need one? (yes)
- they're part of the Rat Kings gang, nasty guys who go around doing nasty mob things
- their clinic/house is in the sewers, which is also where they scavenge most of their clothes
- their plastic bottle mask is spray-painted black and is filled with normal dirt, because they watched a documentary on plague doc masks once
- they also have a van for any house calls they might need to do. yes it has gaudy flame decals on it.
- their typical outfit consists of one of those old bowler hats, some scrounged-up scrubs, torn-up jeans, and expensive basketball sneakers that they stole
