Some form of mutant or perhaps a genetic experiment, given the ruff of fur, this specimen has been seen roaming the wastelands here and there. Mostly benevolent, settlers have taken to calling him Mr. Chompers.
Observations over several months appear to show a hatred toward what settlers might consider 'immoral' or 'evil'. Occasionally seen pursuing those who had not shown more blatant signs of malevolence or misdeeds, but have motivations the other settlers deem 'sneaky', 'selfish' or 'greedy'. Tentative analysis states Mr. Chompers appears to have a sense (smell, other?) allowing him to detect less desirable traits among the humans, lending more credence to the idea he was genetically engineered by some as-of-yet unknown researcher. Emits a purple-blue glow reading radiation levels on par with, or greater than, other known Glowing Deathclaws. Attempts to trap and train have met with terrible results. DO NOT ATTEMPT!!
Positive notes: encourages cooperation within the settlements he is seen near most often
Negative notes: Mr. C doesnt appear to be damaged significantly by conventional bullets or even lasers - however, general consensus is to keep Mr. C alive so long as he doesn't significantly effect the peaceful communities.
