Bio: Just like the heroes he trains with, Redblur can absorb certain attacks and copy his foes' powers. By absorbing the attack his body compares his attacks to theirs and finds how to improve his attacks. Or just gain new power as he doesn't have that ability already. But this is his normal form I showing off. I don't really know why I showing this since this doesn't have any upgrades or give him any new powers. Oh right, his scarf has a buckle now.
