This is a picture of sisters Sashi and Kitty. Her REAL name being Etric, Kitty comes from a far off planet known as Katrundanian. She is called a Whittigan, the katrundanian word for somone of royal blood. Kitty, the one in the beige dress, was seperated from her sister, Sashi, who still lives with their father some millions of light years away in another galaxy. Kitty came to earth at age 3 in human years, and has since lived with the rest of the felines in what is known as the Whittigan home, aka "The Cat House" and rules with a tender hand there. The cats, like her, keep everything a secret and have no way to return to their home planet, which actually ceased to exist some generations ago.

I really LOVE how this picture came out. I wanted an alien yet regal feel to the characters here. Both are of royal blood yet live very different lives. Kitty, being earthbound, is in the traditional earthly style. While her sister, Sashi is in traditional Katrundanian royal robes (and space suit). I came up with a style that I thought looked regal yet unique (at least for now.) But the thing on her head, which weighs no more then a feather, is a symbol of royalty and high ranking office. Their long hair is also a symbol of royal lineage and so therefore they display it proudly. In the traditional scheme of things, Sashi would have her hair intertwined in the loops and curls of the "crown" on her head, but I thought to leave that out in this pic, because it would ruin the beauty of it.
