I have mentioned before how much i love these games, but the first one in particular has always been my favorite because watching the two of them learn and develop into the characters they are was one of the first stories that emotionally impacted me as a kid. Oh get out, I ddn't know there was a big collab zine for R&C, man I miss everything xD It looks like there is still time though so.. >//w//> *pulls up pencil*
Seriousness though, it's so fun seeing Ratchet done by you again and not to mention his classic look at that. I know that it has been 20+ years since the original and these days people rave more about the Future Trilogy and tend to not acknowledge the original trio of games as much and I do have likeness for the future trilogy but the OG is what I grew up on as well so seeing Ratchet's debut design will always have a huge impact on me just like you heh ^w^

I agree that A Crack In Time was pretty epic, I can't lie lol but the original ps2 games will always be special for those of us who had those as our gateway back in the early 2000s before the future trilogy existed 😊
And I feel you on choosing between 1 and 2, I sometimes find it difficult to choose as well though I lean slightly towards 1 more because it had a more engaging story compared to 2. Not that 2's story was bad or anything but I feel 1 just had more of a compelling narrative in comparison haha.
