Impulse drawing, but a drawing I love nonetheless. I’ve drawn baby Abaddon once, but it was about a year ago and kinda rushed. I only have three kid OCs and I barely draw them, so I wanted to get some practice in for drawing younger bodies. Abaddon felt like a fun choice because he’s such a big bad you probably wouldn’t expect little him to be kinda cute.

He’s in his hundreds here, but in demons years he’s essentially just a toddler. Demon children are born fluffy, but some start to lose that extra fur (if they were born with fur) as they age. Abby here still has his additional fluff, and his horns and shoulder spikes are just coming in, though are very sharp.

Also, despite using telepathy to communicate, he still isn’t able to actually talk yet. He voiced his needs via sounds like chirping, bleating, and a combination of other noises. When he got overly excited, he’d chirp (which sounded almost like a cheetah, but shorter) and bounce in one place. Demon kids are referred to as various names. Pups, kits, cubs, and demonletts are just a few.

Extra demon fun fact: Instead of being called litters, having more than three demon pups are called an “exercise”.
