i realized i had never drawn ANY narr using this power.... ahahahaha whoops?
so it develops at the equivalent of about age 10, after the child has developed the sense that other people are people (hopefully lol). They can use it to pick up any non-living thing, but how much they can actually hold varies from person to person.
