The concept of Pokemon training from the games is not present in PCA - nor are the existence of fanmade creations.

In a nutshell it's anthro Pokemon in place of humans who go to a boarding school that has normal school subjects but also specializes in combat. :3

ah, ok. i see now. then none of my characters fits there, as i dont have any anthro pokemons ._.

but ofcourse, if the things in that pic was allowed, would scott have made a good villan :3

Uh, to be honest, I don't think so. All your character's bio says is they joined Team Rocket and got a fake Pokemon. Fake Pokemon don't exist in PCA world, and I don't THINK a Team Rocket exists either, or at least I've never heard otherwise. On top of that your character sounds to be nigh-invincible which is a bit cliche and overdone, there are enough folks who pull the "my character is the best" card as is...

i'm still working on that BIO tho, and that pic does not take any place in the character's real story. its just a fan picture that goit nothing to do with PCA. i base the idea on that the pokemon was artificially created on the idea that mewtwo was created the same way: to be undefeatable. this doesnt got past the idea board, exept that i plan to be a human version of scott(team rocket edition) on something called desucon, which is an anime convension in norway.

Well, you asked, so I gave you my opinion based on what was presented. Still, sorry, but it doesn't really fit into the PCA world
