Second and last piece done by  Deonwolf as part of our arrangement. Basic upshot is that Shingo is drawing in a storm into his fists and compacting it, prepping to release both palms upon initiating a dual palm strike on the target, releasing the gale force winds in a destructive maelstrom. Think Rock Howard's Raising Storm, only more focused.
