Abilities / Powers: Frost breath (wow, shocker). Like a dragon's white fire, except more blue. Useful for cooling off others and himself in hot environments.
Time freeze. By firmly placing his paw on the ground with his eyes shut, he can pause the clocks and everybody else but himself and anyone he places his paw on the shoulder while the power takes affect. He can only do this once every 7 days.

All of Siku's powers derive from his ice dragon DNA that he was born with
