[SPT semifinals!] Battle 2: Key VS Winslow
Jordan: Welcome to the Second Match of the Semifinal! this fight will be quite exciting, maybe as much as the previous fight!
on this side we have Key the Typhlosion! more recharged and energized than ever!
and on this other side we have Winslow the Zoroark! He is seen with confidence after the last fight, we will see how much he has trained for this.
Ready? Fight!
despite the Screams on the ground and the somewhat questionable patches, the battle is carried out with the force that characterizes it, with the two Massive Sumo PokeBlobs bumping their bellies into each other, Key quickly gains the upper hand thanks to his greater strength, but Winslow does not think to be defeated so easily.
Winslow tries to throw a Shadow Ball at Key, but Key counters with Flare! attacking with stronger attacks right away abruptly changes Winslow's strategy, causing Key to gain even more of an advantage and launch the Zoroark into the Sea.
Jordan: Point to Key! doesn't bother spending energy right after starting the fight
Winslow is lifted with industrial cranes, as he has not spent much energy, he is not tired at all to continue
Ready? Go!
Winslow decides to use the Zoroarks' "trusty old" weapon, Illusion.
Key blinking, Winslow was now standing in the sea, which technically means that he had given up, if it weren't for the fact that there were now 4 Winslows... Key, knowing about those tricks, tries to launch another flare in front of him since well, both are too big to move well on the pillar, but nothing far from reality, the flare made the Winslow that was in front of him disappear, which made the other 3 "clones" attack at the same time, Key attacks the clone on the right, but it turns out that the real Winslow was on his left and had never left the pillar.
It only took one push to throw Key straight into the ocean.
Jordan: Point to Winslow! the old reliable always works apparently.
Key returns to the arena slightly tired, he had spent a lot of energy to start.
Ready! Go!
Both fighters return to the attack, Winslow knows that another illusory attack would not be as useful as the first since it only affects sight and hearing, so he decides to get away from Key to try to charge his ability and see if he is able to fool another of his senses.
Key ends up taking advantage of this by charging his flamethrower for a more direct attack on Winslow, but before he could finish, Winslow was no longer there, but something else...
A Huge Cake in the form of Gigantamax Alcremie appeared in front of him, it had a spectacular and extremely tempting smell even for the strongest Pokemon, Key smelled the sweet aroma and tried to resist knowing that it could be a trap, but his titanic stomach began to growl and this it no longer encouraged him to give in to temptation.
Key finally gave in to the smell and lunged at the cake, but obviously this was a trick... falling without the need for any push, straight to the floor of the arena.
the illusion vanishes and Winslow is behind, not with a smug or arrogant face, but just... happy to have put up a good fight with a great like Key
Jordan: and the Winner is Winslow! it's a shame for Key, but that's the rules... see you in the Final! probably the BIGGEST that the whole world will see!
