
Normally I would simply just grill the food with heavy seasoning put on beforehand, just this time I smoked it with cherry wood. Kept the coals for the main portion of the grill burning low to keep the cook time relatively low, but I had in the smoke box cherry wood burning steadily to add to the heat and ensure flavor would be embedded. Along with having had the chicken marinading for roughly half an hour prior to being put on the grill.
