I've written several journal updates about this coding experiment of mine, but it's always "pics or it didn't happen" from what's already established am I right? Well, here's a pic of what the site looks like. What started as a permanent in-house replacement to me moving from DeviantArt from 2013 era, to me moving from tumblr around 2015, 2016, to finally having my own site, has turned into a full creation in of itself. Currently, this web app can hold whatever relevant info about me, epickitty. It can store my SFW and NSFW (with your consent to see it of course) art collections spanning the DA 2013 era to present day. It's possible to browse other art galleries from two art boorus, Derpibooru and the e621 (for some of those arts that derpi deems not pony related) with webm support. I even added back in a feature DeviantArt threw away, a gif webcam display. All social features are of course stripped out, can't really trust anyone by default willy nilly due to the times we live in. This journal has some more info on which artists are featured.
This is an art gallery menu. I still debate if this should have been put together in a booru format or as it is. If you visit "The Good Place" tab with your nsfw consent, you will probably want those in large size. I leave the art galleries as is.
Q1: Shouldn't this go in scraps?
A1: No, I consider this art in the form of coding. It takes just as much effort, if not more, to code than it is to animate in the old tf2 source filmmaker.
Q2: Does this work on mobile?
A2: Yes! Of course it does. Just be aware that webms will need to be downloaded and you will need to position your mobile device "sideways" aka, landscape orientation. This was decided very early on to keep design consistency. When viewing art, you can be able to use portrait or landscape orientations depending on the art's dimensions.
Q3: "Uugh, this site feels so 2007 mode"
A3: Pretty sure that's just pockets of old sfm community/pony sfm community people out there still reading troll wikis and allowing themselves to be brainwashed by it. It's been over a decade they should have grown up by now. If the design doesn't fit on your device, that's too bad. All my devices I have tested on both physically and in emulation work as expected.
