Rays is the son of Minty Tea and Minty is their family name.
Being a Rayquaza, his father was tasked with guarding the skies and keeping booth Groudon and Kyogre incheck in case they started to cause trouble.... again. After Zack defeated Archeus, his job got a bit easier, and he decided to start a family. Minty Tea became his wife and they have Rays as their son.
Rays is a very energetic, being the son of two powerfull pokemons he is very strong and have powerfull abilities. Like his mother he can grow and shrink himself and having the rebirth ability as well. He loves playing around with his size before fixing it later.
