Hello everyone! Your ever private CEO here for another Inflatex Industries company update. As we quickly approach our 5 year anniversary of our founding, I wish to look back on our lineup of products, our current manufacturing statuses and company wellness, as well as our plans for going forward in the future.

First, let's talk about how the company is currently doing. This year alone we have hired an additional 57 new employees between engineering, manufacturing, research and development, and testing managers. If you see one of the new team members, please give them a warm welcome to the family. As we have had another year of record profits, we wish to give back to the ones who make it possible. Starting the day of our anniversary, each employee, regardless of position or hire date, will be receiving a 15% increase to their pay as well as an increase to counteract the rising inflation rate. We look forward to another year of working with you all.

Next, let's go over every one of the products our company is, had, or are in the stages of producing, as to remind and inform our old and new employees alike. Our current lineup of products that we sell are as follows:
1. Blueberry gum, Three Course Gum, Blueberry Juice, Blueberry Pill- Our first and most popular product line. Originally we had a few issues suppressing the multiplicative nature of a juice particle, leading to a few continuing to inflate the users and causing a few incidents of permanency or bursting, but those issues were completely eliminated a few months in. Thanks to forethought and some extensive terms and conditions when selling our earlier products, we were able to continue our practices to this day.
2. Stretch Cream- Our second product and the first of many that came with no issues out of the gate. The cream allowed the user to make any part of their body stretchier, allowing one to inflate with household items, such as water or air. Although the sales of this are particularly low, we are not planning to discontinue this product, as it allows even the cheapest to enjoy our products.
3. Blow Pills- Our newest product that hit the shelves a few months back. These pills inflate the user with air until they reach a spherical size, and allow any excess air caused by the pill to exit their mouths, disallowing bursting and meaning one pill works for any size of being! Each pill can also be broken to inflate the user less, or added to a drink to give it a bubbly feeling, without the bitterness of carbonation.
4. Expand-Clothes- Our clothing brand that allows one to stay covered while using our products. We plan on continuing the launch of a new clothing line every quarter, so please be on the lookout for more fashions.

As for discontinued products or ones that never made it out of R and D:
1. Liquid Helium- Our third product that was quickly pulled from the website. Due to the manufacturing process, it was hard to accurately measure the amount in each bottle, meaning there were many times there was too much or too little in the container. The testing manager position was created due to this oversight, as we did not want to cause any harm to our patrons. We will continue to work on this until we can get a consistent packaging process and find ways to ensure the safety of our customers.
2. Weight Gain Pills- This one never made it out of R and D. It was shot down twofold before we could even get it to testing phases. The FDA wouldn't allow us due to the health concerns and our friends over at Wonka said it would technically break our non-compete agreement. I could argue this against them, but I'd rather scrap the project than lose a friend over one product.

For our current list of products in testing phases:
1. Super Blueberry Pill- Like our standard blueberry products but bigger. Much bigger. Still in early testing phases, so average size has yet to be calculated.
2. Selective Inflation Drinks- A wide selection of drinks that allow one to choose what inflates. A poll is currently on the whiteboard in the break room asking employees one which body parts should products be made for.
3. Increased Stretch- A derivative of both our blueberry pills and stretch cream, this should allow one to stretch further when coupled with another inflation type.
4. Inflation Effectors- A group of products aimed at control over the process of inflation. Our current lineup includes: inflation time (How long it takes for one to become fully inflated), inflation delay (How long it takes for the inflation to start), inflation keep (How long one stays fully inflated), and deflation speed (How quickly one deflates). We are testing both lengthening and shortening ones.
5. Deflation Now- An epi-pen like device that quickly initiates deflation. Would be useful for those who take knockoff products or those who are under effects they no longer want to be in.
Should you or any one of your friends or family members like to be transferred to the testing department as a subject, please inform one of the testing managers of such and they will work to get you in. You will be compensated for your time in testing and be allowed to transfer back to your position should you be able to.
