Time for more characters!~ These are for a post-apocalyptic setting.
Dyne (name suggested by a friend on Discord): Half kobold, half machine, all anxiety. They're training to be a Cloudmaker -- a sort of interpreter for the planet's mostly-intact-but-kinda-moody weather control system. Cloudmakers also act as translators, coordinators, second-opinion-givers, third-party officials, or designated village wierdos.
Sarah: Just your regular old run-of-the-mill depressed raccoon private investigator. She probably has a tragic backstory and a spunky, optimistic sidekick. Or, who knows, maybe she doesn't. Who am I to say?
Dolly (single instance pictured): A hivemind-like network of intelligent constructs originally designed for customer service. After surviving the end of the world, Dolly decided that It would like to become the postal service of the new world, given Its excellent penmanship and the ability of any given instance to swap places with any other instance. D-095 spends most of their time in the body shown above, relaying gossip they heard over group chat to anyone who will listen.Sounds like Crow from Mystery Science Theater 3000

The world ended up in a pretty bad way. Don't know specifics yet, but the end of the world involved a weapon that messed with time itself.
Thanks to some very determined creatures, infrastructure is returning. In some places. Mostly in old factories and mining sites, since there are still some big robots around who very much want to Not Die, and it's hard to find replacement parts when nobody's actually making replacement parts. VAB and Grayson run a lot of the new factories, but I haven't gotten around to drawing them yet.
Dolly instances don't go TOO far from these sites because they need, like, Wifi to work, so they'd probably be fine-ish.
Dyne's augments were designed to survive the end of the world, and they've done just that. Mostly. They failed on the whole "wake up when the environment is safe" front but everything else has been just fine. Might want to get a new covering for that arm and face though, just in case.
