As a side comment, Three big things I love about this picture:

1. The pose. The pose alone, without the face, enflames (Bad pun) Cockyness and confidence. Deffintly a character who feels like he knows he can kick your ass in, and probably can, given the opportunity. But, as said, also exemplifies a bit of Cockyness, meaning that he's almost too smug about it, and probably would get a smack upside the head if someone were to beat him.

2. The Expression/Eyes. Mostly Eyes in this case. You've had characters with glowing eyes before, but in this case it fits well with what you have, with a deep orange glow for the fire use.

3. The Fire. I feel so unconfident with Fire that seeing you having drawn your own is amazing. The way the flames ripple off, the two tone colors you give, the motion that the flame gives to the character, and the slight glow just make it stand out so much. Excellent work.

He now actually kind of reminds me of Terry Bogard from the Fatal Fury series. "Aaaaa you okay!? Busta Wolf!!"
