Up high in the trees on Gigantis’s Amazon and Aurarus island is home to the black footed tree skink, a rather large but beautiful creature. They travel between branches and trees using their prehensile tail like a monkey, feeding on native fruits and insects. They have skin connecting to their arms, indicating they can glide. Many say the skin is too small so they believe they are in the process of evolving to become a glider, others say it is to help blend in, flatten themselves up against a tree, similar to earth’s Leachianus geckoes which also have very loose skin.
