My personal preference for half body I prefer thighs up, and portraits shoulders up.

Portraits $30 full color and shading ($20 flats) ($15 inks)
Half body $50 full color and shading ($30 flats) ($20 inks)
Full body $70 full color and shading ($50 flats) ($30 inks)
Add a character for half the base price!
Add a detailed background $20-$50 depending on complexity
