One of the main bad's from the His Majesty's Dragon series by Naomi Novik. A Chinese Celestial female, considered "cursed' because her albino colors are those of mourning and subsequently often shunned despite her royal heritage. Often wears veils to protect herself from the sun. I've just always really liked her design. I have a soft spot for crippled albinos.
