Ahhh, I feel like I need to stretch out and just swing off the side of something to relax. I was finally able to get mental health appointment after so long. Went through the eval the other day, so now I have an appointment for both Psych and Therapy. Gosh though, I shouldn't have looked at the summary chart afterwards because it just constantly makes me nervous as hell re-reading through everything. I haven't been to a mental health doctor since 2018 when one of the medicines I had made me hear things. Not fun, very not fun. So yeah, nervous a tad.
