First comment in a month? That's a shame. This is well thought out story with some very interesting characters. My only major qualm aside from some minor spelling and grammar errors was that I would've liked to showing and less telling. For example: don't tell me he likes to be called Mel for short, let it come up naturally in the conversation.

And I don't know just how sadistic you want Mel to be, but when Matthews told him "His weapon or an item of bloodied clothing would have sufficed…", I thought it would be great if Mel leaned forward and said, "I've got his cock in the glove compartment if you'd prefer that." Take it or leave it, but Mel seems like the kind of character who would like that kind of sick humor.

Thank you for your comment. And I like that idea...sorry I didn't think of it sooner. But you are right, Mel is an anti-hero...he will do whatever it takes without many morals getting in the way.

And you can be sure that you will see new chapters when I can get around to writing them, I have this planned out so that there will be plenty of action once everything else is set.
