2019. Personal work.
One of the other protagonists of my living dead comic. I think this little one has the hardest time in the story, and that's rough on ME, the IMPORTANT ONE, because writing a character that's meant to be naïve in a sympathetic way is a difficult balancing act if you don't wanna make them, like, annoying. I think this piece is really were the more egregious cracks in the style I was using begin to show. I'll admit it, I've always struggled with monochromia and making the values readable! That's part of why I hate the work I've done on this damn meproject so far. Still, if I ever do get around to rolling some shit out, I want it in black and white. I crave the simplicity.
NOT concept art training this time, just concept art! Head is referenced from an original digital sculpt, body is all drawn from scratch. omg dont leak your own concept art ur so sexy ahaha
