Seems The Dogs of War and their serpentine companion bit off a little more than they could chew, and ended up in this unfortunate situation. While both Sheps have managed to remove their gags and are busy trying to establish culpability for their current situation, Freyja is struggling to remind them that if they would shut the hell up and help with HER gag, she could free them all.
