Back this past July. I had shown off a new character I came up with. Thing is, it was really a pic I've been working on since last year at random times.
Originally it was a meerkat that was inspired by the meerkat helper in another's tweet about the poster's dad working at a zoo and a little meerkat came out to "help".

So taking that idea I ended up with a meerkat helper. (complete with a safety vest, tool belt, tool box, and its own driver.
But over time, the design would change into something else. And a new character/specie came out of it.

Currently, it doesn't have an actual name (itself and species) and simply are referred to as "Helper".
But I did add a little info back during artfight.
These little animals enjoy trying to help others. They carry around an oversize tool*, most time.
They form little groups and might sometimes "fight" one another for random things.

One thing I did keep was the size of them being around the same as a full-grown meerkat.
Also, the tool they carry varies based on some things, like the groups they're part of and the color of the tool as well.

The current version is shown in the 4th image that was done by mcducky1356 during ArtFight 2022.
I might actually keep this look as well but make some small changes as well.
More info will come over time as well. (such as location and other things)

Might do more of them if some would like to see that.
