Yes these guys are all the same dudes genetically and its to explain why the spies keep coming back even though they die in brutal ways. Because they're all clones of the same couple of dudes.

Joke & Dagger - The titles are given to whoever is the current working spies. These two in question were made in an emergency involving The Heckle and Jeckle Problem.

Heckel & Jeckel - Elderly spies that lost their jobs and were forced in perma-retirement because something went wrong in their cloning that is making them age faster than intended. These two can be seen harassing each other and giving advice to the current spies. The current Joke and Dagger have been (hopefully) corrected of this fast aging issue... but in case....

Rascal & Scamp - Youngsters being raised to be the future spies. They're antics are non violent and usually more in the element of just one uping each other. These two were made as a back up incase the age issue wasn't cleared in the current Joke and Dagger.
