Story
The tolling of bells at the island plaza marks the beginning of dusk and the start of your evening. You perch on the pier with your fishing pole gripped tightly in hand and pockets optimistically empty. The hour was here… to catch some big fish!
Time slips by with nary a bite, and before long you find yourself lazily watching the sun set behind the horizon staining the sky red and the water gold. Such a beautiful island you’ve found yourself on.
That’s when you see it, a large oblong shadow in the water! You readjust your fishing pole, reach back, and cast out a line.
SPLASH!
Out of nowhere a brightly colored beach ball comes flying through the air and lands in the water right where the fish was waiting. You barely get out a cry of dismay before the fish darts away and vanishes. Then more loud splashes and the source of your defeat comes running up to you.
“Hey Foxtrot! What are you up to?”
Audie, the bright orange fox is standing hips deep in the surf looking sunny and energetic as usual and clueless as to her own commotion… as usual.
“Hey Audie,” you reply while gloomily reeling in your line. “Just trying and failing at a bit of fishing.”
Your neighbor notices your glum tone of voice and correctly guesses the rest. “Oh no! Did… did I scare away a big fishy just now? Oh I’m so sorry Foxtrot! Which way did he go? I’ll chase that fish down and drag him back here for you!”
You chuckle at Audie’s antics and dismiss her offer good naturedly. Already your mood is improving; it’s hard to stay mad at the cute and friendly fox. Not to mention how great she looks right now. Audie’s orange and yellow fur positively lights up in the evening sun, and her sea-green eyes match perfectly with her green swimsuit: a cute two piece with tons of ruffles and not a lot of coverage if you’re being honest. You mention how nice her outfit is which really cheers her up.
“So glad you like it! I agonized for AGES over whether to buy this one or not. Had to make sure it was just the right amount of girly, bold, chic, fashion-forward, and all that stuff. I’m gonna be a famous pop star someday so I have to dress right… even though I’m just a humble island gal right now, and don’t have a mob of cheering fans… yet.”
You smile and assure her that she has at least one fan on the island and that they love her look.
Audie looks at you in innocent befuddlement for a moment, then you realize your implication flew right over her head. You point at yourself until she gets it.
“OH! You’re my one fan! Right! I knew that of course! But really, you’re the best Foxtrot!”
She beams at you and strikes something of a cute pop-star pose, which is difficult to do standing in ocean water, but her heart is in the right place.
With a jolt you realize you’d stopped scanning the water for fish, but another quick glance around reveals no more shadows. This is turning out to be a bum fishing night.
“Hey Foxtrot, if I’m bothering you I can go play somewhere else… but um… if you wanna break, I could use someone to play ball with. Playing by yourself is fun and all… but it’s not easy being two people at once. I have to run around to chase the ball a lot, and make a lot of splashy splashy sounds.”
With a sigh you admit that playing with Audie is probably a better way to spend your evening then staring at fishless shallows. When you accept she cheers and wags her tail sending ocean spray swishing from side to side. Then with a mischievous grin you leap off the pier and land in the water right next to her, causing a huge SPLOOSH of sea water to fly in all directions. Audie manages one tiny yelp before being knocked over by your splash. You both emerge laughing like a riot.
Several minutes of beach ball tossing games follow, and you do indeed have a lot of fun playing with your cute neighbor. Audie has always been a joy to have around and even more so when you get to spend time alone together.
“Let’s take a break Foxtrot, my arms are feeling kinda heavy.” Audie sets down the beach ball and leans back into the water, half floating on her back. She closes her eyes in the peace of the setting sun and gentle waves.
“I’m really glad I came to this island,” she says suddenly. “I’m really glad you found me and asked me to come live here.”
Overcome by the sweetness of that confession you float over to Audie’s side and stroke the top of her head fondly like a big sibling might do. “Well I’m glad you listened to me.”
She opens her eyes and stares into yours with big green pools. “Foxtrot… I’ve been wanting to say… I… Sh… SHARK!”
Audie suddenly stands up and points behind you with her tail standing straight up and bristled with surprise! You twist around so fast your neck cracks and spy a single fin floating by the pier.
With a roar you begin to wade back to shore as fast as you can, your fisherman’s instincts kicked back in at full power! But you left your pole on the pier! You have to reach it before the shark swims off!
It’s not meant to be however, as the shark suddenly turns around and swims at you full speed. Any notion of impending danger is overpowered by the desire to catch something worth anything tonight, so with no fishing pole or tool of any kind, you recklessly lunge at the shark in a stupid attempt to wrestle it out of the water with your bare hands.
You miss and the fish swims right by you. Behind you comes the fiercest “YIPP!” you’ve ever heard, followed by a lot of splashing and much less fierce “yelp!”
Common sense returns to you and you quickly run back to the source of the commotion. “AUDIE! ARE YOU OK?”
You find the fox fallen into the water up to her chest now, looking a bit dazed but unhurt. In the distance a shark fin swims off literally into the sunset like some runaway bandit. “I’m ok Foxtrot, says Audie with a brave smile. “You were so cool just then, trying to grab that shark, I wanted to try it too! But um, he got away, sorry.”
You shake your head and tell her to be more careful next time, then you suggest that you call an end to the games tonight and both head back. Audie nods in agreement and starts to follow you back to shore.
Before the fox can stand up, her face takes on an expression of shock then embarrassment, then her hands fly down into the water as she crouches down low into the shallows.
“Audie, what’s wrong?” you ask turning around and feeling concerned once again.
“Oh no oh no… um sorry Foxtrot… but could you look away for a bit?”
“I knew it, you got hurt didn’t you,” you insist walking toward her. But Audie yelps and backs away from you as the yellow parts of her fur turn as red as the rest of her. She looks down shyly, an expression you’ve rarely (if ever) seen,
“I’m not hurt Foxtrot… but um, when that shark swam by and knocked me over… he yanked off my bikini bottom.”
You stop dead and feel your face going red too. You avert your gaze and apologize profusely. Then immediately offer to help Audie find her missing garment. She stands somewhat behind you while you wade around, arms in the water, trying to find a ruffled green bikini bottom. During your search an awkward silence falls over the beach. This has to be the least you’ve ever heard Audie speak in any measure of time! It’s normally a titanic chore getting her to shut up. But you can’t help but wonder what she’s thinking, standing there, wearing absolutely nothing, just below the waterline, barely covering that cute round butt…
You shake your head trying to clear out stray dirty thoughts. Audie’s always been cute to you, but seeing her now shy and vulnerable with barely a scrap to cover herself with puts her in a new and alluring light!
“It’s no use Audie,” you admit sadly. “I can’t find your bottom. The shark must have swam off with it still in its mouth or something.”
Audie tries to put on a chipper smile to hide her nerves. “Oh well, thanks for trying… um, I’ll just have to buy a new one later. No biggie. Now if I could only get home… like this…”
“My house is nearby,” you offer at seeing how worried she looks. “Um, you can stop there and borrow something to wear… actually I’ll just run there and grab you something. I’ll be right back Audie, don’t move!”
“Yah! Wait! Don’t leave!” the idea of you leaving her all alone out here somehow scares Audie even more than you keeping close by; which should have registered as a good thing if your mind had been working correctly. You start to brainstorm a different idea when a new disaster strikes.
“Hey Villager, Audie! What are you both doing out there?”
Your heart sinks as you spot a trio of neighbors walking down the beach just a ways off. They’re coming right toward where you and Audie are. With a yelp Audie suddenly wades up to you and hides herself directly behind you. “Please don’t let them see me.”
“Hey howsit going!” you reply back cheerily as though nothing’s wrong. “Yeah, we were just playing ball in the surf. Couldn’t catch nothing to save my life tonight.”
The neighbors respond with general laughter and chatter until one of them says. “Hey, playing ball sounds fun, mind if we join you?”
“NO!” you blurt out a bit too forcefully. “I mean, um, we’re done playing, and were just about to go diving. King crab season starts back soon… I think…”
“Oh, ok,” says one voice from the shore. “We’re gonna keep looking for shells then. See you both later.”
“Yeah see ya!” you reply holding back a sigh of relief, then in a whisper you add. “Audie, say something or they’ll be suspicious.”
“Merry Christmas!” she calls after them in a crackly voice. You face palm.
Thankfully the villagers all laugh, probably assuming this to be just normal Audie weirdness. At last they vanish from sight, leaving you and Audie alone once more. Finally you take notice of how close she is. The cute fox is braced against you and very near, her breath against your back and her fur tickling your skin. Suddenly she wraps her arms around you in a tight hug.
“That was really scary Foxtrot! Thank you for sending them away. Thank you thank you thank you!”
“Of course,” you reply, “no need to worry. You know I’ll be here to take care of you.”
Then feeling a rush of courage you gently turn around to face Audie, then place your own arms around her back in a return hug. For an eternity you both stand there in the surf sharing a warm embrace, fully aware that Audie is still completely bottomless, and fully expecting her to yelp and pull away from you… but she doesn’t. Audie holds on even tighter and snuffles her face into your chest.
“I’m sorry Audie, we should head back now, I don’t want to make you even more embarrassed.”
“No… its fine,” she mumbles.
“You… you don’t mind?”
“I thought I did… at first… but, it’s weird… the longer I stay out here with you… the more I don’t mind being like this around you… even the thought of being seen with nothing on… by you, it’s not so bad. It’s exciting, but not in the scary way, in a good way.”
With your heart racing you stroke the Audie’s bare back and watch her tail swishing side to side just under the water. Then you whisper in her ear: “Well, if you really don’t mind… I would love to stay out here a bit longer like this… and I’d love to see all of you too… you’re so darn cute, it’s a shame to cover that body with clothes all the time.”
Audie looks up into your eyes, her own shimmering with new emotion. “You weren’t kidding about being my fan huh… You know, when I first came to the island I thought of you as a good friend… and then I started thinking of you as a cool big brother… but um… now I think I’d like to try being a even closer than that.”
“Like… a super fan?”
Audie giggles. “Nah, closer than that Foxtrot.”
You lean in closer. “Well, the only thing I can think of better than that… is a lover.”
Audie’s eyes start to close. “Yeah… let’s try that one.” Then she stands up completely out of the water and kisses you. Both your lips lock together, arms wrap around each other’s backs, and Audie presses her entire body against you. You can’t see her naked crotch and hips as you stare into her precious face, but you can feel them grinding against your wet clothing.
The kiss lasts for a long moment, then finally Audie pulls slowly back. Her tongue falls out in an excited panting, her tail curves upward and wiggles around cutely on her bare butt, and her heart races in her chest and against yours.
“Audie… sweetie… was that your first kiss?”
“Ye… yeah,” she replies with her face turning red again. But she pushes past her shyness and stares up at you with an adoring (and almost seductive) smile. “So um, you’d better remember this when I’m like super famous… that I gave you my first kiss.”
“I will for sure!” you answer with a chuckle. “But now I gotta know… how many other “firsts” do you want to share with me tonight?”
You gently slide one hand down her back, over the crest of her soft hips, and finally over her naked behind. Audie gives a yip of surprise as you fondle her softest parts in your hand. Audie’s never been much in the chest department, but her ass is incredibly wide and tender. You can see her falling to pieces at being touched in a private place for the first time.
“Oh… this is like, so embarrassing… but why does it feel good too Foxtrot?”
“I’ll take off some of my clothes too so we’re even,” you offer as she nuzzles against your shoulder.
“Sure thing… but let me first… as long as you’ve seen this much already…”
Audie steps back away from you and then smoothly slides off her green bikini top. You stand there in awe as Audie bares it all for you, completely naked in the shallow water. She nervously tries to strike that pop-star pose again and smiles at you.
“What um… do you think Foxtrot? Am I a good looker?”
“Beautiful! Lovely! Magnificent! The crowd goes wild!” you call while clapping. Audie giggles at your antics, then spins around and leans over slightly; her huge butt sticking out toward you invitingly.
“The sun has almost gone down Foxtrot, if you want to play anymore games out here, we’d better do it quickly before it gets dark.”
You walk up to Audie and with both hands guide her backside up against your crotch. Then with one hand you gently trace a finger down her spine and to the base of her tail. You feel her body give an involuntary shiver of excitement, as though that soft touch activated some hidden switch. When she glances back at you, you can almost see a fire in her eyes. All her shyness is gone.
“You aren’t worried about other neighbors walking by and seeing us?”
“You’ll protect me again,” she says unconcerned. “But um… you did mention letting me stop by your house.”
You reach around Audie’s front and caress her small but soft boobs. “Sure did, we can head there anytime… and we can stay up all night doing whatever you like.”
She reaches back and places a hand on your face. “Sounds good Foxtrot.”

Next picture up in my Animal Crossing summer time beach set! This one is for a huge fan-favorite, the cute and adorkable Audie. Safe version.
After having one of my neighbors leave the island, I found myself with an empty space, and decided to spend an egregious number of Nook Tickets playing the "random island lottery", seeing what other characters I could meet, and hopefully take back with me.
