With the rise of crime happening all across America and not just Petropolis, TUFF decided to open up agencies in all 50 United States, starting with the East Coast. After establishing the newly formed NYUFF, or New York Undercover Fighting Force, in New York City, the Chief decided to transfer a couple of agents over there to run it.
Kitty volunteered her sister Cat, aka Madam Catastrophe, to lead a Team Katswell team on the East Coast so that the people there would have a team of TUFF agents to call on in case Kitty and her team couldn't make it. She agreed, and started assembling a few agents of her own to be a part of her team. The agents who are willing to join her in New York are Allison Wolford, Agent Antlerson, Boom Slang, Ana Correa, Gunter D. Bunny III, Barry Cuda, Urran Vulture, and Collie Collar. In a sense, they're pretty much a counterpart to each member of Team Katswell on the West Coast. Here's what I mean:
-Cat = Kitty, because she's the leader
-Ana = John, for being the recon scout and second-in-command
-Gunter = Dudley, being the team's weapons and explosives expert
-Collie = Jake, being the most athletic one and the best with firearms
-Boom = Allison R., as they're the brains of the team, and experts with computers
-Barry = Niles, because they're the drivers and survival experts (also they're both Australian)
-Allison W. = Kimiko, for being the team's stealth operative (with Allison's transformation skills, it seems like a good position for her)
-Urran = Stan, for being the only birds, as well as the team's eye in the sky
-Antlerson = Elvis, given how they're the muscle of the team, and the strongest fighters
Now that both coasts are covered, everyone will sleep easier knowing that TUFF is on the job cleaning up crime.
