I heard in the new games they're going to make them change based on gender. I don't know about any pre-existing pokemon, but some of them might have different colors and other differences like horns and stuff. :3
X3 I can see how having a unlikely gender would be fun. I did have a male Skitty before. I forget what I named him but it was really gay. But they just look like a girl to me as opposed to a girly guy which is what I would actualy enjoy. *shrugs*

Well, you would be right that the Diamond/Pearl games will have some subtle differences between genders now, as subtle as a longer antennae or an extra stripe to a whole different color scheme. Also, some critters will have sex-based evolutions...
...Like Kirla, amusingly enough. Gallade, a Psychic/Fighting pokemon, is the specie's male alternative to Gardevoir, though considering there's a specific requirement to make that evolution happen, you can still theoretically get male Gardevoirs the old-fashioned way.
