Here we are, finally, the Big Bad Bitch of Murata's stories. Iris has a nightmare of a design, but  jamescorck did a fantastic job at bringing her to life. He has a love for costumes so making Iris look extra was a delight for him to embellish, her outfit largely based on "The Rose of Versailles" anime.
