I was paid to draw a tattoo for someone back in high school. They wanted a tribal design that was an actual image. They were into X-games. I went out to watch skaters and such that I knew do things. This was among the drawings of motion that resulted. The guy found what he wanted already in existance though in the two days it took me to make something and demanded his money back quoting. "I'm not going to use that, so you don't need to be paid for making it." Yeah, it was the third payed piece I'd ever made, and I was soured to commision art for a while after. XP
