Well, she does have a Symbiote, but in order to prolong her life as much as possible, it rarely gets involved in her day to day unless she needs a bone repaired, or a life threatening injury taken care of. It provides abilities similar to Peter Parker even in it's dormant state. But when it does awaken properly, it's insane, and rather lorge.
