First piece from the photography class I aborted this semester. Had to drop it because I couldn't get the time in. Web writing class was forcing us into more work than what should be allowed for a class.

That's a beautiful photograph. Such a perfect sunburst and rainbow.

Actually, that isn't a rainbow. It's lens flare, sadly. And the photo was actually placed into Photoshop and enhanced to catch the sunlight better and make the foliage more vivid.

Right, I knew the rainbow was an artifact of the photography -- not a real rainbow. The term for it, however, escaped me. I thought there might have been some Photoshop work involved, but, even so, it's still a gorgeous photograph.
