MAINLY because Apple doesn't let people their devices as much, as they want more control over their product.

150 bucks. But I'm not rlly sure if I should...

Hmmm... I’m not an expert, but I’d say go for it! My phone is Samsung galaxy and I’m really happy with it :) I’ve never had a samsung tab before so.. I’d suggest looking for the reviews of this tablet! I’m sure there are some websites that could help you with that or maybe there’s something in YouTube! Good luck :))
