How about that? I took photos of my food again!

Sabiche is a street food with the following ingredients:

- Pita or Laffa (flat bread with no pocket)
- Pan-fried eggplant (cut into slices and salted for 20 minutes before frying)
- Salad (diced onions, cucumber, & tomatoes, tossed in salt, pepper, & lemon juice)
- Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- Tahini sauce
- Mango sweet & sour sauce (actually calls for amba, a pickled mango condiment originated in India, but we can't find it in our region)
