The prison that was conducting expirements on the prisoners that led to the massive crocodile man that eventually accepts what he now is? Well, this lizard monster is from the same prison. And while the crocodile was able to eventually forgive the scientists at the prison, this creature will never forgive, or forget. He stalks the guards and scientists throughout the years, tearing them to pieces and eating their hearts. He keeps the skulls in his lair, slowly adding to his collection. He is saving the Warden for last. And he plans on making the Warden beg for death.

While non of the other transformed prisoners seek vengeance, they certainly don't blame him for his quest for vengeance.
A few might even give him aid, if he ever asked.
