nick the fox enjoys being very intelligent, and he likes to use his mind, so he does so every chance he gets. he finds that when he uses his brainpower, he doesn't feel as sad as he usually does. most of his free time is spent pondering his thoughts, generating pleasant mental experiences, or simply improving his mental coping tactics.
