Declan is back and more femme than ever! I recently decided I wanted to make a continuity for my characters here, so here's a bit of lore about this boy:

Declan is the manifestation of an interdimensional tentacle beast summoned by Diata during a class on portal magic. He's roughly 5'2, two inches taller than Dio, and has a bit of a cheeky nature about him. Wanting to take a more passible form, the beast assumed the stature of a Draglion, but left behind his tentacles for some much-needed familiarity. Nowdays, these tentacles are a part of Declan's normal form and act as his "tails" (there's three of them). He doesn't have a clothing ref due to being a self-proclaimed "naturalist".
